A New Day is Dawning

Every morning we get a chance to start fresh. If things went badly yesterday, all of that is behind you now.  Today, you’ve got a clean slate. Ask God to help you shake off the disappointments of the last few days. He can revive your spirit and refresh your soul. Allow the Spirit to stir up your heart and mind. Feel alive!

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (AMP) — Therefore we do not become discouraged (utterly spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out through fear). Though our outer man is progressively decaying, our inner self is progressively renewed day by day. For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory [beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations, a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease]. Since we consider and look not to only the things that are seen but to things that are unseen also; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting), but the things which are invisible are deathless and everlasting.
