Our own feelings of inferiority can sometimes block us from being successful in life. As humans, we often consider our background, social standing or economic situation, and then think that we don’t qualify for all that life has to offer us. Contrary to this popular belief, it is God that predetermines our place of birth, our family line, our race, and even our body and facial features (Acts 17:26). God aligned all these details before the foundation of the earth. No human being’s background or situation is by mistake, therefore none of these factors can stop you from reaching the purposes of God for your life.
Today, ask the Spirit of God to help you remove self-doubt and any apprehension that your are “not enough” to succeed. Trust God to guide you toward a brighter future. Be fearless to follow His prompting.
Acts 17:26 — And God made from one [common origin, one source, one blood] all nations of men to settle on the face of the earth, having definitely determined [their] allotted periods of time and the fixed boundaries of their habitation (their settlements, lands, and abodes).
Jeremiah 29:11 — For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.
Proverbs 23:7 — For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.
