Reestablish your priorities. Pay attention to your thoughts. Watch your conduct. Don’t be lured away from your focus. Be alert to any prompting or warning you feel inside. Don’t dismiss it. If you are successful in doing this, you will enjoy the season that God is unwrapping without further delay, conflict, or unnecessary pain. Keep in mind, no matter what it looks like, that God will not give you more than you can bear.
John 16:13 — When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.
1 Corinthians 10:13 — The only temptations that you have are the same temptations that all people have. But you can trust God. He will not let you be tempted more than you can bear. But when you are tempted, God will also give you a way to escape that temptation. Then you will be able to endure it.
Philippians 2:13 — Yes, it is God who is working in you. He helps you want to do what pleases him, and he gives you the power to do it.
