From time-to-time, life has its challenges. Sometimes, life can overwhelm us with unexpected trouble that seems to drag us under. It may come in forms like pain, loss, grief, or failure. It could be a small but never-ending anxiety or frustration that nags at us. In all these moments, remember that God is your refuge. Reach for Him.
Psalm 32:7-8 — God is my hiding place; He will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance. He will instruct and teach me in the way I should go; He will counsel me with His loving eye on me.
Psalm 27:5 — For in the day of trouble God will conceal me in His tabernacle; In the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock.
Nahum 1:7 — The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him.
Proverbs 18:10 — The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous runs into it and is safe.
