As you seek to understand God better, there is a delight that is found in knowing Him more deeply–and in knowing how much He loves you–that nothing on earth can compare to. In His presence you are fully known and accepted.
Psalm 37:4 — Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Psalm 1:1-2 — Blessed is the one that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful. But their delight is in the law of the Lord; and in His law do they meditate day and night.
Psalm 119:77 — Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight.
Psalm 18:19 — God brought me forth into a spacious place; He delivered me, because He delights in me.
