Be diligent about putting your trust in God. You may be tempted to put faith in your own knowledge, or maybe in things you see or hear, but misplaced faith will not yield the result you desire. Check within yourself to discern where you have placed your trust. Adjust if necessary, until a deep knowing—that gut feeling—is evident.
Proverbs 3:5-6 — Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths straight.
